Welcome to the home of Shortcuts. Shortcuts is an application for your keyboard enabled Nokia Symbian devices. It lets you define keyboard shortcuts to launch your favorite applications. It also shows a searchable list of all the application installed on your device. This is a must have application for every multitasking E7 owner weary of fiddling with the task list. It will please most former Nokia E90 communicator users dearly missing the dedicated application keys.Features

- Shortcuts can be disabled from the settings or simply by closing the Shortcuts application.

- Long key press shortcuts: most useful for one hand operation on E6, E72, E71 and others.
- Quick-Check: hitting an app shortcut when the app is already in foreground will send it to the background again.
- Backup your recorded shortcuts into files.
- Starts up when device powers on.
- Optionally hide Shortcuts app from task list.
Tips
- Not all keyboard shortcuts are good to go. For instance if you use Ctrl + C to launch your calculator you will find yourself having trouble to do you copy/paste operations.
- You will need to go through a process of trial and error using the Shortcuts Recorder to find the key combinations that works well for you on your device.
- It's often sensible to define your Shortcuts using a so called Modifier key in combination with a Character key.
- Typical Modifier keys on Symbian devices are Alt, Ctrl, Shift and Func. Moreover some devices make the distinction between left and right Modifier keys.
- Prints on your keyboard's Modifier keys might not match the ones described above. For instance the Sym key on many devices is in fact recorded as the Func modifier.
- Using the Sym key as your main keyboard Modifier appears to be a good idea on Nokia E7.
- You can record multiple shortcuts to perform the same action.

Knows issues
- Auto-start on boot-up sometimes fails: fixed on Nokia Belle.
- Task Cycling skips RSS apps such as AAS: fixed on Nokia Belle.
- About dialog sometimes does not launch the browser properly.
