Just some jokes

A manager, mechanical engineer and programmer are driving home from a mountain retreat on communication. On a steep mountain road the breaks fail.
After swerving and bumping the high side of the road, the car comes to a safe stop and the three get out.
The manager says: "Let form a Tiger Team to work this challenge, document it's effects and determine the best course of action."
The mechanical guy says: "Let's pop the hood and use my travel tools to see if we can fix what is wrong and get off this mountain safely."
The programmer says: "Let's push the car back up the hill and see if it does it again."
